John M. Dugan
John M. Dugan was born in 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1979 and the Wisconsin State Bar in 1988. Mr. Dugan is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (1979); United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (1981); Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (1982); United States Supreme Court (1985); United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin (1988); United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (1988); United States District Court for the Northern District of Inidiana (1999); and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (2006).
